Here at Only Fine Foods we offer our customers a regular supply of Fresh Truffles sourced from the mountains and hillsides of Northern Italy. Depending on the season, you will also see available Fresh Summer Truffles, Burgundy Truffles, Black Winter Truffles and Italian Biancetti Truffles.
All Fresh Truffles are shipped by Priority Overnight delivery (cost $45) within 24 hours of ordering provided order is placed Monday-Thursday. Friday orders will be processed on Monday unless using Saturday delivery which will be an additional cost of $15. All orders for Fresh Truffles placed on Saturday and Sunday will have a longer handling time due to being placed outside office hours and will be processed first thing Monday morning.

Fresh Burgundy Truffles taste great in a sauce made from adding the truffles to hot oil, with a touch of garlic and seasoning. then spread over bruschetta or added directly to pasta, meat or fish.
We recommend using soon after you receive these Burgundy truffles for maximum freshness. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 weeks.
