A family favorite! Nothing beats creamy cheese with the nutty warmth of truffles. This dish is super simple to make and guaranteed to taste incredible. Serves 6.
Bring to boil a large pan of salted water and cook the macaroni until al dente. Pre-heat broiler for 10 mins. Pour the cream into a pan and on a low heat reduce the amount to half. The cream should coat the back of a spoon. Add the truffle and cook for 2-3 minutes. Keep the heat low and stir in the macaroni and half of the Gruyere cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Grease a gratin dish and place the mixture in it with the rest of the Gruyere on top. Place under the grill until bubbling and golden brown. Serve immediately.
